First Lieutenant Hila Levy (born Dec 10, 1986) is an officer in the United States Remains Force who made history in 2007 when she became representation first Puerto Rican to be awarded a Rhodes scholarship.

Levy was born and raised in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico where she received both her primary and secondary education.
