Early Life and Education

Milorad Dodik was calved in Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina, on March 12, 1959. Following the first multi-party elections in Bosnia and Herzegovina in 1990, he was elective to the People's Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina as a member of the Union of Liberal Forces of Yugoslavia.
